Jamie cooks dinner
15 Oct - Jamie decided to cook dinner. She cooked fresh mussels in a beurre manie sauce - basically flour and butter mixed in the wine liquid remaining after you steam the mussels. We used some Slovak wine and onions. It was very good and Jamie did a great job. Of course, the best part is eatting mussels :))
